8th Grade Social Studies

Welcome to 8th Grade Social Studies.

8th grade Social Studies is focused on American History. During the 8th grade school year students will learn about the following units:

-Civil War

-Reconstruction

-Industrialization

-Immigration and Urbanization

-Progressive Era

-Imperialism

-World War I

-Roaring 20s

-Great Depression

-World War II

-Post War America/Modern America

Grading:

All assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects are graded and given a point total. The students grade is determined by dividing the total number of points earned by the total number of possible points.
